Wills, Estates, & Personal Matters
“Mitch provided guidance on the redrafting of a will and testiment in the aftermath of a divorce. The situation was logistically and emotionally challenging, but Mitch presented me with thought-provoking scenarios and questions to help guide me through the decision making process. His professionalism notwithstanding, he was a tremendous mentor that gave me the confidence needed to memorialize core personal decisions in a legal document that, I believe, will carry my sincere wishes forward to my loved ones.”
